Last week, James King shared with us the history of King Family wine and Roseland Polo, a Sunday tradition for many locals. This week, see how we styled the looks for an early Fall afternoon at King Family! Shop these items and more at Darling Boutique, located on Charlottesville’s downtown mall!
We arrived in style courtesy of the Monticello Wine Tour & Coach Company and our amazing driver for the day, Anna Quillon.
Next, we stopped in the tasting room for a bottle of Crosé and Cabernet Franc for our afternoon – both recommended by James King.
We styled Anna McQuitty in a layered look for Fall, with a kimono style knit cardigan and booties, effortlessly transitioning a Summer dress into Fall.
On Anna: Layla dress, $92 / Quicksilver sweater, $20 / Pip’s & Co necklace, $16, and earrings, $14 / Boots, model’s own
Linnea styled a boho chic outfit inspired by the jewelry of local artisan, Owl Ridge Farmstead. This embroidered dress was the perfect match.
On Linnea: Christophe Sauvat dress, $110 / Owl Ridge Farmstead sliced antler studs, $20, arrowhead necklace, $40, and leather wrap bracelet, $30 / J. Crew booties, model’s own
We styled Lindsay Wine for a posh Polo picnic, hat and all, making this ridiculously affordable dress look like a million bucks.
On Lindsay: Merona dress, $14 / Wyeth Floppy Felt hat, $70 / Pip’s & Co necklace, $20, and earrings, $12 / Boots, $22
We styled Becca Meadows in an Anthropologie dress for a Fall romp with horses – literally. This gorgeous animal wanted to be in the picture.
On Becca: Fei (Anthropologie) dress, $40 / Wyeth Floppy Felt hat, $65 / Girls Day Out silver Virginia necklace, $28, and silver studs, $15 / Boots, model’s own
See you on the trail, darlings!
