Holiday sparkle comes in a variety of colors and textures, shapes and sizes, and this week, we styled not one, but two outfits with that thought in mind.
Holiday Sparkle | Part One
This Banana Republic sparkle skirt made this one too easy. I mean, that skirt is really all you need. But instead of going overly sweet with it, I went for a more rocker-chic look, adding lace up booties and a leather jacket.
On Linnea | Secondhand pieces: Banana Republic Heritage Collection skirt, 2, $34 / Alya peplum top, S, $14 / Calvin Klein jacket, M, $38 / Madewell booties, 8 1/2, $88 // Locally Made pieces: Free Range & Feral howlite earrings, $32, and necklace, $56 / Pan&Tea convertible clutch/crossbody, $53 / Kitsune’s Closet Darling Red lipstick, $10, and Silver Age nail polish, $7.50
Holiday Sparkle | Part Two
This doll of a dress is even more stunning in person, with rich hues of mulberry and silver grey. And these Badgley Mischka heels are a work of art, absolute show stoppers, and worthy of all holiday parties (New Years, anyone??). Let shoes like these do most of the talking, because they will indeed be talked about. Why not give some sparkly shoes a twirl this holiday season?
On Meredyth | Secondhand pieces: White House/Black Market dress, 2, $78 / Badgley Mischka heels, 5 1/2, $78 / XXI coat, S, $18 // Locally Made pieces: Thistle & Lark necklace, $18 / Kitsune’s Closet Be Smoaked fuchsia lipstick, $12
